The challenge:

When looking at their potential employment options, fitting in with a company’s culture is just as important as fitting the job description.

The audience: 
Recent grads, ages 23-33

The idea: 
Job postings don’t cover a company’s culture, we do.

Opendoor - a dating app, for jobs. 

Individuals searching online for job postings will have a small green door appear in the bottom right corner, linking to our app's download page.  

Users can view real comments from past/present employees of companies worldwide. If the user is pleased with what they see, they can swipe right, and they will be brought to a page containing all the current openings within that company.
